POLISHED FIBERGLASS TANK – 12 gal. (45 liters) solution and recovery tank capacities. White tank and motor housing interior. Stainless steel handle facilitates ease of machine movement and serves as a cord wrap.
DUAL VACUUM – in air series @ 150” water lift. Vacuum motor is protected from overflow with a positive ball float shutoff and from lint with the stainless steel screen. A removable lint bag is available for the intake elbow.
SOLUTION PUMP – 150 psi Shurflo pump with demand switch . Pump pressure can be varied by rotating the solution bypass valve to the desired flow and pressure towards the open position. Upholstery tools can now be used without the annoying pulsation of the demand switch and prevents over wetting the fabric.
SILENCER - two vac motor sound deadening caps combined with the exhaust muffler reduces the motor noise to a 66dB. With a single vac motor operation,the vac motor noise is further reduced to 62 dB. UL rated flame retardant foam silencing material.
SWITCHES - double pole single throw green lighted rocker switches with clear PVC splash proof caps, 20 amp rated @ 125 vac.

WHEELS - (2) front non marking grey swivel type casters and 8” non marking PVC tread rear wheels.
CLEAR DOME - High impact resistant plastic. Dome pivots on a slotted bracket to provide a perfect seal and compensate for gasket wear.
POWER CORD - 12/3 X 25 ft SJTW safety yellow with molded 3 prong plug. 240 volt units are available with an approved cordage and plug
SERVICEABILITY - tank is hinged on the back of the motor housing. Release the (2) front latches and swing tank upwards to expose motor compartment. Tank is held in place by a lanyard.

HOSE ASSEMBLY – 15 f. of 1-1/2” (38 mm PVC grey crushproof vacuum hose and 3/8 (9.5 mm) solution hose with brass disconnect on ends. Optional 25 ft. hose assembly is available.
